When placing an order please have your credit card details, billing and delivery address to hand. Over telephone lines are open at the following Times:
Eastern 9am - 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)

c) Stock: If we are out of stock of a particular item, you can still place an order but your delivery may be delayed until stock arrives.

We will contact you with the expected delivery time and give you the option to proceed with your order, remove the item from your order or substitute another item of your choice.

4. Delivery Information:

All goods are carefully packed. Your orders are then shipped to you with plain address label. We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 days subject to credit clearance and availability of stock. Please refer to the table below for details of delivery charges: NOTE: Our prices do not include duties or value-added taxes.

5. Return & Exchange:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange or refund your money.

To return an item, please complete the return form and send it back to us, retaining proof of purchase, within seven working days.

Please state whether you wish to exchange the goods or request a refund.

We will only accept goods that are unused and still have their original packing, labeling and are not creased, marked or worn.

We cannot accept hosiery and under garments once packs have been opened.

All refunds exclude postage.

When completing the return form please provide the following information:

Whether you require a refund on your credit card or replacement including the size and color of that replacement.

As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request.

We will credit your card no later than 15 working days following receipt of the returned goods. Any replacement goods held in stock will be dispatched within 15 working days.

If you chosen substitute is not in stock we will contact you to offer either an alternative or refund.

We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our mistake.

6. Canceling an Order:

You may cancel an order if the order has not been shipped from our warehouse.

We will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order as soon as we receive the returned items(s).
